As an engineering manufacturer, DUO Engineering Services LTD is dedicated to providing exceptional products and services. Below are the conditions of sale that apply to all transactions with our company.
Price
All prices quoted by DUO Engineering Services LTD are in the specified currency and are subject to change without notice. Prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and other charges unless otherwise indicated. The price payable by the buyer will be the price current at the date of dispatch.
Payment
Payment terms are NET 30 end of month. This means that the payment is due within 30 days from the end of the month in which the invoice is issued. DUO Engineering Services LTD reserves the right to require payment in advance or to demand security for payment before dispatching products under an order. Payments shall be made in full without any set-off, counterclaim, or deduction.
Late Payment
In cases where payment is not received by the due date, DUO Engineering Services LTD reserves the right to charge interest on the overdue amount at a rate of 5% per month until payment is made in full. All current quotes and live Projects will be placed on STOP until payment has been made.
Limitations of Liability
DUO Engineering Services LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the sale, delivery, use, or performance of products, whether due to breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise. The total liability of DUO Engineering Services LTD for any claims, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of the performance or breach of these conditions shall not exceed the price paid for the products.
Do Not Re-Sell
Products purchased from DUO Engineering Services LTD are intended for use by the buyer and shall not be resold, distributed, or transferred to any third party without prior written permission from DUO Engineering Services LTD.
Quality
DUO Engineering Services LTD ensures that all products conform to the specifications provided at the time of sale. Should any product fail to meet these specifications, the buyer must notify DUO Engineering Services LTD within 30 days of receipt. Upon verification, DUO Engineering Services LTD will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product prior to the end of the 30 day period.
Quotes
Quotes provided by DUO Engineering Services LTD are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. After this period, DUO Engineering Services LTD reserves the right to revise the quoted prices and terms.
Shipping
DUO Engineering Services LTD will arrange for the shipment of products as per the agreed terms. Shipping costs, insurance, and any related charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated. DUO Engineering Services LTD shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the delivery of products due to circumstances beyond its control.
Changes to Specifications/Drawings
Any changes to the specifications or drawings after the acceptance of a quote may result in a change in price. DUO Engineering Services LTD will not assume responsibility for any additional costs incurred, whether in materials or labour, due to such changes. The buyer will be notified of any price adjustments before proceeding with the modifications.
Lead times
All lead times Duo Engineering Services Ltd provide with their quotes are subject to a 2 weeks grace period.
Although the earliest delivery date is actively worked towards it cannot be an absolute certainty.
Out-operations
All issues that could occur outside of the Duo Engineering premises such as extra costs or damage while outside operations a taking place will be issued to the customer. Duo Engineering Services Ltd will not take any ownership over such issues.
Materials
Raw materials are used in the manufacturing process at Duo Engineering Services Ltd and any defects, issues with materials will be a responsibility of the buyer.
Amendments
DUO Engineering Services LTD reserves the right to amend these conditions of sale at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments will be effective from the date of publication on our official website or notification to the buyer.
Entire Agreement
These conditions of sale constitute the entire agreement between DUO Engineering Services LTD and the buyer and supersede any previous agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.
